The Nutcracker Meets the Wisecracker!

The Royal Oak Symphony Orchestra invites you to a concert celebrating the holiday season! The Harmony United Chorus opens the concert with their Barbershop renditions of holiday classics. The first half of the program features the Brahms Symphony No. 4 and our Young Artist Competition Winner Cameron Renshaw performing the fourth movement of the Elgar Cello Concerto. The second half is a merry romp with the Christmas Scherzo (musical joke); then a serious turn with the Eighth Candle, and that perennial favorite The Nutcracker Suite. And the encore? You’ll just have to come to find out!
